Notarized translations

Some translations require official certification from either a sworn translator or notary. These positions are legally equivalent. We will choose the option that is most appropriate.

To have a translation certified, please supply us with the original document bearing the requisite signatures and seals.

Notarization

Notarizing a translation means that the authenticity of the signature of the translator is attested by a notary. We can only notarize translations done by A&A Lingua.

Certification by a sworn translator

A sworn translator is appointed by the state to public office and is empowered, equivalent to a notary , to certify the authenticity of a translation of a document, the authenticity of a copy of the translation and the authenticity of the copy of the original document.
